The inventor of the Water Closet Helper, Stephen Thompson, began his career as a Jet Mechanic in the United States Airforce. After serving four years in the military, Thompson transitioned into the mechanical trades where he became a Local 12 Master Plumber and is currently working as a General Foreman for E.M. Duggan Inc.
With nearly one hundred thousand plumbing hours under his belt, Thompson saw the need for a more cost effective and efficient way to install toilets. After deep contemplation, he came up with the Water Closet Helper.
